Building design & project management experience
Strong conceptual design/graphics capabilities
Construction document production/coordination experience
Client communication experience
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Familiar with entitlement process
Consultant coordination experience
Construction administration experience
Team management experience
Skilled in Autodesk Revit
Familiar with Autodesk AutoCAD
Familiar with Bluebeam Revu
